The study presents the design of a university residence and a hotel for visitors at the Paraíba Technology Park, in Campina Grande – PB, developed within the Architectural Design VI course at UFCG. This project is based on the principles of modern architecture and the works of authors such as Afonso, Piñón, and Frampton; thus, it integrates rationality, modularity, and spatial organization into contemporary architecture. The proposal adopts coherent construction solutions, respecting physical, functional, and formal constraints, such as topography, vegetation, building layouts, and environmental comfort. Named YVY Living Home, in reference to the Tupi-Guarani term for "soil," the project emphasizes sustainability and regional identity, promoting an urbanization model that balances urban growth and environmental preservation.
