Proposta arquitetônica de um Hotel Empresarial retomando critérios da modernidade na contemporaneidade, sendo adotada como metodologia projetual na disciplina de Projeto de Arquitetura 6 na Universidade Federal de Campina Grande (UFCG). Optou-se por adotar a metodologia utilizada pelo arquiteto e professor catedrático Helio Piñon e professores colaboradores na ETSAB/UPC (Escola Técnica Superior de Arquitetura de Barcelona da Universidade Politécnica da Catalunha), do programa de pós-graduação em projetos arquitetônicos, linha “a Forma Moderna”.
