PEER REVIEW
Articles submitted in accordance with the Journal's “submission conditions” will be blindly evaluated by at least two evaluators and by a third, in case of divergence of evaluation between the first two, with the final decision of the evaluation process being up to the editors responsible for editing. The evaluation is "double-blind".
The main criteria for accepting articles are: originality of the publication, originality of the theme, contribution to the areas of knowledge focused on by the Journal, clarity and theoretical and methodological consistency, presentation of critical reflections on the subject matter, quality of writing, text structure and compliance with the Journal's formal standards.
Contributions will be evaluated by two ad-hoc referees, who will indicate one of three alternatives:
Accepted for publication;
Accepted for publication with changes;
Refused for publication.
The evaluators, necessarily linked to nationally and/or internationally recognized teaching and/or research institutions, are invited by the editorial management based on an analysis of their CV and experience as a teacher/researcher.
The entire evaluation process is monitored by the editorial committee through the Open Journal System. In case of publication, the dates of submission, review (if any) and acceptance will be disclosed.

This journal offers immediate free access to its content, following the principle that making scientific knowledge freely available to the public provides greater global democratization of knowledge. No fees or taxes are charged for submission, evaluation and publication of articles.
