2024-06-04T00:00:00-03:00Derechos de autor 2024 Revista Letras Rarashttps://revistas.editora.ufcg.edu.br/index.php/RLR/article/view/2691Writing in Autism as a Possibility of Enunciation2024-05-28T19:23:00-03:00Carlos Eduardo Alves MoraesCarlosletras2019@yahoo.comIsabela Barbosa do Rêgo Barrosisabela.barros@unicap.br
In the educational environment, students with autism often present difficulties in participating in group activities, isolation, immature language and fixation on specific themes. Our objective is to analyze the enunciative movements present in a narrative written by an autistic student, confirming the subject's slip in language. To reflect on the subject's relationship with written language, we use as a theoretical reference the concepts of enunciative linguistics by researcher Émile Benveniste (1902-1976), who defines enunciation as the individual act of putting language into operation and configures specific marks of the subject in language. A student diagnosed with autism, 14 years old, without comorbidity, enrolled in the eighth year of Elementary School II at a private school, participated in this study, who is monitored in the Specialized Educational Service room, in the city of Cabo de Santo Agostinho, Pernambuco . The analysis of the written narrative showed that the student presents enunciative movements indicative of the unique handling of written language, marking his subjectivity in the language.
2024-06-04T00:00:00-03:00Derechos de autor 2024 Revista Letras Rarashttps://revistas.editora.ufcg.edu.br/index.php/RLR/article/view/2692The Use of Rap to Combat Linguistic Racism:2024-05-28T19:50:33-03:00Eliane Laurindo BatistaEliane.tombs@hotmail.comJoane Marieli Pereira Caetanojoane.caetano@uemg.br
In this work, based on the discussion about how to intervene in the impact of linguistic racism through the teaching of Portuguese, we intend to propose a Didactic Sequence, using the Rap genre, whose Modules will encourage an anti-racist pedagogical practice. Specifically, the aim is to understand linguistic racism and analyze its modus operandi in Brazil; to analyze the recognition of the Afro-Brazilian vernacular, also known as pretuguese, and its flagrant absence in educational practices and, finally, to propose a methodological suggestion to combat linguistic racism. Methodologically, this is a qualitative study. Firstly, a bibliographical review was carried out with the theoretical support of Silva (2004) on the history of the Portuguese language; Nascimento (2019), Gonzalez (1983) (1988), who address the relationship between race and language; Souza (2011) analyzed the didactic contributions for working with the genre chosen for this proposal, rap; with a view to preparing the didactic sequence, it was based on the authors Dolz, Noverraz and Schneuwly (2004). In the second stage, a methodological suggestion for a Didactic Sequence with the rap genre is presented, focusing the discussion on linguistic racism. The results showed the existence of Linguistic Racism, in that it highlighted how certain linguistic variants of non-white origin are stigmatized and devalued. The study also recognized the transformative potential of Rap as a decolonizing tool to overcome Portuguese language teaching based on the Eurocentric model.
This article aims to analyze the effects of resistance emerging from three songs in Brazilian national rap: “Pânico na Zona Sul” (1989) by Racionais MC’s, “Cidadão Comum Refém” (2002) by Mv Bill, and “Favela Vive 4” (2020) by ADL.

2024-06-04T00:00:00-03:00Derechos de autor 2024 Revista Letras Rarashttps://revistas.editora.ufcg.edu.br/index.php/RLR/article/view/2696Structure and discourse in the decolonial teaching of the Portuguese language: a discursive approach2024-05-28T22:11:13-03:00Elaine Pereira Darózelaine.daroz@unicap.brKauan Douglas Gama Dos Santoskauandouglas510@gmail.com
We observed that a descriptive perspective still predominates in the teaching of the Portuguese language in Brazil, centered on the overvaluation of the standard norm. We understand that this approach enables the perpetuation of a hierarchy between the different ways of speaking in our country, producing implications for subjects' identity issues in their relationship with language and their history. destacando a representação da oralidade na atividade conversacional.

2024-06-04T00:00:00-03:00Derechos de autor 2024 Revista Letras Rarashttps://revistas.editora.ufcg.edu.br/index.php/RLR/article/view/2778Working with orality in teaching practice2024-06-04T18:00:07-03:00Francilene Leite Cavacantefrancilene.cavalcante@ifal.edu.brRobertao Varginha Ramos Caiadoroberta.caiado@unicap.br
This essay aims to discuss the speech-writing continuum in teaching practice, highlighting the representation of orality in the conversational activity. The research examines the importance of the oral modality of language in teaching, rejecting the idea that writing is superior to speech (Brasil/MEC, 1998; Marcuschi, 2010; Fávero et al., 2005). To this purpose, it analyzes pedagogical practices and textual genres, arguing that orality is an interactive social practice for communicative purposes and manifests itself in various textual genres and contexts of use. Simultaneously, it states that writing is a mode of textual-discursive production, characterized by its graphic constitution. The essay emphasizes the need to incorporate the oral modality into the various social fields and stresses the importance of expanding these practices. It concludes that there is still a lack of practices focused on orality in schools, justified by the belief that oral uses of the language are automatically acquired in everyday life. The research recommends a pedagogical approach that integrates speaking and writing, recognizing their differences and unique contributions to effective communication. It suggests a reorientation of teaching practices to broaden students' communicative-interactional skills, enabling them to meet social linguistic demands with competence.
2024-06-04T00:00:00-03:00Derechos de autor 2024 Revista Letras Rarashttps://revistas.editora.ufcg.edu.br/index.php/RLR/article/view/2787Editorial2024-06-05T18:12:27-03:00Josilene Pinheiro-Marizjsmariz22@hotmail.comMaria Rennally Soares da Silvarennally.fr@hotmail.com
Editorial
2024-06-05T00:00:00-03:00Derechos de autor 2024 Revista Letras Rarashttps://revistas.editora.ufcg.edu.br/index.php/RLR/article/view/2788EDITORIAL (ENG)2024-06-05T18:14:04-03:00Josilene Pinheiro-Marizjsmariz22@hotmail.comMaria Rennally Soares da Silvarennally.fr@hotmail.com
EDITORIAL (ENG)
2024-06-05T00:00:00-03:00Derechos de autor 2024 Revista Letras Raras
